Warranty
Nuclei Ltd. is dedicated to providing high-quality after-sales service to ensure your electric truck remains reliable and efficient. To protect your vehicle’s longevity and your warranty coverage, please ensure all operations and maintenance follow the official guidelines provided in your vehicle documentation. Official service and user manuals will be provided to end customers upon vehicle delivery.
Within the warranty period, if any non-wearing accessory has a verified quality defect, replacement parts are provided free of charge.
Coverage conditions:
Warranty applies under normal use and maintenance, when the vehicle is operated according to the official TEV User and Maintenance Manuals and serviced at authorized service centers.
- Only genuine parts from Shandong Runhorse Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. must be used for replacements. The use of non-certified components will invalidate the warranty for the related systems.
- Warranty claims must be verified by our after-sales department or an authorized service station.
- Unauthorized modifications to the vehicle’s mechanical structure or electrical systems will void the warranty.
Service documentation:
To receive warranty service, customers must present the purchase invoice or receipt and the “Maintenance Manual” at an authorized service center. The necessary information to be provided is:
- The malfunction and the corresponding conditions when it occurred.
- Basic vehicle information (model, VIN code, etc.).
- The mileage at that time and the purchase date.
- The vehicle’s maintenance history record.
First Maintenance Instructions:
Conducting the first maintenance is a basic condition to ensure the vehicle’s normal use in the future. Starting from the date of your vehicle purchase, within 2 months or 1000 kilometers (whichever comes first), take the vehicle for the first maintenance so that the authorized service station can record it.
Regular Maintenance Instructions
Regular maintenance must be carried out at the service station every 5000 kilometers. Please be sure to complete the regular maintenance on time so as to continue to enjoy the warranty rights.
